Actually, there was a vote on this, ages ago, whether it should be RP wise, or level wise, so you really can't blame it on Zen, he did what any other democrat would have done.
Speaking of which, though, I was just planning to talk to Zen about changing it to promos through RPing *thinks back to G2k1* |
