Not if it was a Private Limited Company.
That way it would be like invitation only.
Your thinking of a Public Limited Company which is what everyone else has taken PLC to stand for as well.
Why a Private Limited Company that means only the people that had some expetise in some area I suppose would be invited and that had common sense.
So with that any old Joe can't just get a hold of some shares and just be more of a hassle rather than any help.
