when you upgrade your account... each upgrade, or whatever would be like a 'stock' and the more 'stock' you have, the more say in stuff you would get...

since Stefan, and unixmad have probably put the most into graal, they would get the most 'stock' obviousely...

anyways, i know this would never happen, but it's interesting to think about
