You do realize that you're going to come under much heavy fire from Konidias and possibly others.

I'll put in my thoughts:

Ring Menu != imitating others graphics.

I've already gone over this before. A menu is a menu. If you want to get technical, whoever made the first PC menu should be entitled to a lot of money. But its an interface which is different than graphics and artwork. It would be one thing if Konidias ripped the code from the actual game rather than script it himself. The artwork, however, is different. Even though Graalonline pretty much nulls the automattic copyright of images (artwork or graphics created on a PC that is then put online is considered to be a published work and is given a copyright to the creator automattically), its still his work and you are basically trying to create a "pirate" or clone version of his server in all appearances. You would be absolutely infuriated if you had a unique style and someone else decided to just up and copy it without permission otherwise. So why are you trying to rationalize and justify your actions?

People will easily make the choice where to go. Heck, when I first looked at that screenshot I was shocked! Another Oasis?! Just because you do not have identical colors does not mean you are protected. Its just an excuse to use graphics that you didn't create. Its really a recolour no matter how slight the change is. Stop trying to hide the fact(s). It would be no different if I went and ripped sprites from a popular game and recoloured them and called them my own work or it would be like someone taking WinXP and changing a few of its appearances and saying its thier own OS. Do you see where I'm going with this? Just because you wased your time and effort on changing certain qualities just ever so slightly doesn't mean its new and your own.
