A foolish move it would be. I've always been understaffed or if I've had staff, most are not with the program and are very fickle. I'm left pretty much to do all the work myself. I've gotten bursts of help along the way and I'm very thankful for it too. A good PW cannot be completed in 6 months or less. That is the problem with many that are available to the public. They do a rush job just so they can get it out there. That is very dumb and very inefficient.

Its like cooking a pizza. If you don't give it enough time, it will be all doughy. And by the same token, giving it too much time it will be burned. I'm sorry, but you do not have any authority to say whether or not I've had enough time. If you want my PW to be top-notch then you will wait patiently. I know what goals I need to reach but the length of time needed to reach those I do not know nor can know because life is full of unexpected events. Things would move quicker if I had more qualified staff. I have some now, but not enough. Mostly in the graphics department as well as some in the NPC department. Those are where I hurt the most.
