1.) Yes both
2.) Well no point opening up now, like you said Brett, were not ready no point other than to
become a 3 playerbase PW as we would have to develop still
3.) Yeah we have had a long time, but it will be worth it, and I can guarantee we are better than alot of the PWs that have opened since Private.
4.) DK is opening reasonably soon, at about same time as us, we need time to be good and a reasonable location for players
