Such things suggested are respawning crystals. You get so much credit on your crystal -- or your respawn place -- and for every time you die, or a member of your kingdom, a credit is taken off.
Things like breakable castle walls. Catapults will be added soon hopefully. Alot of things.
But in order to Roleplay your character, you should be able to pick your stats, skills, weapons. But would all be limited, and as time goes on you upgrade if you want, to larger and better things.

YES! I love this idea! Well, like, remove classes, then when you start you choose your stats, skills you start with (maybe like 10 or so?) And then select the type of weapon your character specializes in, like, if you select swords, you get an attack bonus with swords. And yeah, you can raise stats through some tedious/difficult quest/someotherthing/buythem.
