Third problem is some tiles you have used dont mix at all. For instance the wall behind the besk type thing. I looks interesting but not too nice, maybe house wall, book shelf etc...

Last big problem is blankness, find things to put in there.

Keep going with it, for now just try and make one level good. Then you can work on them all.
