Slow works. Why do people think stuff doesnt work, stealing works and everyone thinks it doesnt. You gotta try out stuff before you say 'It doesnt work'. I know its slow. Ive played for a looong time now and it's slow because it doesnt effect your stats, poison does, slow just makes you slow. When the spell slow (from a player) is cast it misses a lot cause it has bad accuracy lol.
