This isn't about enchanting things, this is about intrinsic magical patterns. I guess you could take a diamond and imprint one of these patterns onto it, but the point is that they come
free with organic matter. A person could enchant the tooth or whatever to strengthen the pattern and thus augment the channeling effect, and since they have a predefined starting point it would most likely be much easier than creating a diamond talisman.
