Because those items are obtained from random alchemy which I repeat to you Vlad "IS NOT A GLITCH." Random alchemy items are suppose to suck to encourage people to use the actual recipes which results in the armor with NO negatives. Maybe if normally alchemizing the items made them have negatives your statement would have been valid but that is just not the case =p |
