Few things that bothered me:

Person who mentioned American History books:

For your information, they tell everything in the history books. They do not leave out the "bad stuff", its not like these books were made by the government, they are made by educated people, and I doubt the information is false, as that would be a step backword. We don't have the government controling or media and such, that would be madness.

About the media:

I don't even watch T.V. much. They usually don't even have any things about other countries unless its on the news. Commercials are trying to sell a product, Americans don't "listen" to them as in follow what they say, we watch it and maybe want it. I don't think the media really influences any decisions I make, rather it informs me of current things going on. What a ignorant, insane statement to say we do whatever the media says.

About that crime deal:

Big deal. We have crime like everyone else. We are not gorillas, which are practically perfect, we are humans. There are always some people who will go around the law and cheat to complete some objective, it is impossible to avoid. We do have police, and we are trying to control crime.

Good gun control and free health care are a considerable difference.
We have good gun control. We don't have people walking around with auto guns, or any military guns, so what if people have a hand gun, or a rifle...it is our right. There should be no gun control, because criminals will ALWAYS be able to get guns. If you are willing to use a gun to shoot someone, then you are willing to get a gun in the black market.

Free health care? Doubt the doctors are very good. Not to mention there can be some hard workers, then some lazy, worthless person to society who walk in, and whoever is first would get assistance. A Socialist society is the dumbest thing I have ever heard of, but I guess Canada is just trying to be fair. Personally I think people should work for things, and getting medical insurance is not very hard considering you get very nice doctors. Also, most of the time a job will pay for medical.

To the guy insulting us with the superpower deal...

We do say we are a superpower. But guess what....every other country acknowledges that we are a superpower. And guess why. Because we are. We do indeed have the strongest military in the world. We are also one of the countries countrolling the most nuclear weapons in world (Personally I think all nuclear weapons should be destroyed, as currently we have enough of them to destroy all life on Earth, and nothing in the world should have such a power), and nuclear weapons are a symbol of power. Not to mention most other countries depend on us for trading, and we are of huge importance to this world....I would say we are a super power.
