Doesn't matter... the server should be shut down.
It's the Manager's/Owner's RESPONSIBILITY to monitor his server. If there is porn on anything Graal related, it reflects on Graal. So it should be destroyed.
Or atleast auctioned off... sell it off to the highest payer.
