I am pro-level requirements. It has worked for numerous games and also prevents "tweaking" newbie characters.. I am also for damage exp if you do 51% dmg you get exp that way it prevents "powerleveling" and "Leeching" both one in the same.

I do not like how New people have it easy by just having some higher level let them gain massive amounts of levels just by getting one attack in at the end. It is not realistic nor is it right, in my opinion it is pure and simple exploitation.
