No, here is how it is, you die, and your corpse is on the floor, then if someone picks it up, they carry it to a certain building, like a temple or something, and you'll get restored, otherwise, you'll be alive after like, an hour or something (your ghost finds its way to your body, and you don't have to be online to wait out the hour.)
