One thing I've always looked forward to is Scribing Tomes and Scrolls and Books. You can use_skill inscription to make a scroll of any spell/prayer 1 level below or a book or tome of any spell/prayer at least two levels below your max casting level - so an L2 sorceror can make a Scroll of Magic Bullet, but an L3 sorceror can make a spellbook of Magic Bullet.

The only problem is that people will make 50000 copies of each spell and then sell them (which isnt bad) or restart and use a bunch of those to make sure they learn all their spells back.
(not that it would be bad either, but people would complain)
