Saying that bomies need hats means that you'd have to make new hats for every 'race' (dice, nafets, etc) because every single one of those bomies are differnt. Then you would need to make ganis for every single one of them.
You dont realise how much work there would have to be just to produce the hat-wearing bomy. And even if you did... the hat industry would be screwed up.

The only way bomies can wear hats... is if you make the bomy's GFX have an altared hat on it.
