Ramming should do 1% damage to each ship per % of speed until one is destroyed or they're both at a stop. A 10% ship can ram a 100% ship at full speed and bring it down to around 90%, sacrificing the ship to go out in a blaze of glory. A 100% ship rams a 100% ship at 10% speed, both get knocked down to 90%... |
