I think the cliffs look fine, actually. That's what I usually do on my water levels now (making the side (east/west) cliffs smaller than the cliffs facing front.) I think it looks a lot better that way,

Pretty decent level if you are just starting up again. I don't see many problems with it other than those cliff tile problems you mentioned. Good job.
