NO NO NO NO NO. That wouldn't be Graal Kingdoms. That'd be .. some other game! That'd be Graal Not-Kingdoms. I like the system. Leave it as is, and stop giving ranks based on level.
The kingdom leaders just need to fix things up. Mandatory RPing, and not basing ranks on level. Tah-dah! Problem solved, yo.
