It would just be 10000 times better if Graal had a PWA team that worked at the office, so they could all sit down and review a playerworld together and come to a decision, instead of having to pass it around from person to person. Graal could improve so much if they invested money into getting a better located office and hiring people to actually work there.
I can't even begin to imagine the amount of progress that would be made. But alas, Graal won't ever reach those heights.
