Your absolutely right! I think you should be a PWA now with that list you said. Good luck.
Also I hate when people say things like this: 'The servers is good but most of it is crap' That should be a blacklisted things for being a PWA.
Just say what needs to be improved and say something like this: 'This server is very good, I hope you get your server to pass next time since you failed so keep up the good work!
' and if you say things that needs to be improved are 'I like the quests but I think you should probaly add some trivia.'
