If he says only for upcoming projects that don't use 2k2 graphics I assume he indicates that he wants someone to present their own graphics made, but who knows.
I think it will probably be released eventually. Remember all classic playerworlds had that old tileset for a long time, and then when 2K2 was almost ready the 2k1 tileset replced the old default one on all classic pw's. Possibly when they have something new (graal3d maybe?) they'll release terraingen, and other stuff with it so classic playerworlds can catch up in quality (maybe?). |
