By saying I love them (completementing them on a good job) im sucking up?
Sucking up is trying to show them how good you can be without getting blacklisted, which you did. The REAL sucking up part was "I dont want to be PW admin, its for fun" .. are you trying to say "I done need this job, but I suppose ill take it" ?
