I'd say mouse for attack/use/stuff/if you have more buttons you can bind them do to do something, and move with this:

W=up.
S=down.
A=left.
D=right.

Space=Jump/anything.
Ctrl=anything.
Alt=anything.
1-9=special items.
Enter=type.
Enter Again=send.

But of course thats just my opinion.
