WRONG.
If everyone had the same exact stats then it would show the
skill that person had. BUT if they retain their levels, then it shows how much
time they've played.
If everyone was the same, then Kingdom Battles would be better. It would mean that one level 20 cant go into a kingdom and kill everyone in a single hit.
It'd mean that you'd have to use stratagy to win wars, not brute force.
