Small question for a big project

Well I wanted to make a classic playerworld with 3d ground like kingdoms. I have been lat on three servers and such so skill isnt the problem.. What is is the fact that how to make the levels 3d baffles me. Any help would be appreciated because you could see some nice playerworld levels in the future if you do :O |
