Now that I think about it we dont really even need one at all. If tyhm perhaps made a folder (not connected to the overworld) which every one could upload bug fixes to such as this one spot part of a tree is blocking mod fort that isnt supposed to be there. Etc... Then when Tyhm felt like it or had time he could look at them and move them to the overworld.
