Hey... Im a 2002 nube but I think I would be a good events team person.

Please tell me what a "nube" is

I come from Valikorlia so I know roleplaying and listening to the complaints on here,

Two things, the playerworlds don't make you into a roleplayer, and please remember to finish your sentences.

I would stage things that dont depend on strength. Also If people would make item graphics for me I could have random betting things.. .I liked the idea.

Like a dice room... Or perhaps horseraces that you can bet on.

I would also add That I am a so so NAT so I could make you all some L337 minigames and such.

You're a so so NAT, so you could make them some minigames on the most complicated server? I don't think so.

Also, never use "L337." Ever. Trust me.
