No I do believe that Excalibur was right, I mean what you just said has pretty much nothing to do with why Brad couldn't enchant his armour. And you are, in fact, a spamming idiot.
Armour can be enchanted once, and then once more for every ten levels you have, which is why the current highest number most people can enchant to is +2, no one has
legally reached level 20. Why body armour and Brad's shield is an exception I couldn't tell you, but I am positive it has absolutely
nothing to do with what you said. I mean it hardly even made sense.
