Perhaps you should let him mine the rest then you take it.
If people insist to resulting to these ways they deserve to have it done to them.
As for the stealing of kills, I can't stand that. I was trying to lvl magic a few days ago and this one guy came along and took 5 trex kills from me
If they say it is their monster ask them to roove it, if they are a weak lvl and it is a high monster then simply tell them to "sod off"
But alas there will always be instances of these, how we handle them is what determines the outcome
