It looks like a recolor of one of the current helmets (forgot the name but it resembles the piece of cloth thieves wear XD)
I don't like it very much
It doesn't look like a helmet and far less helmet of might. I picture the helmet of might as an exaggerated versian to silver warrior (like darker and maybe more devious looking horns.)
