Sol'n: Management needs a place on the site to upload rules. Then when I say Jimbob can't be FAQ Admin anymore because he didn't show up for a week, I can point to the rule and there can be no contesting it - it's a rule, set in stone, updated a month ago.

This would be an excellent idea. Although its kind of sad that there are rules not written down but do exsist that many of us neglect to follow or abide by. Its that common sense thing

But just to keep people from causing trouble, everything has to be spelled out and defined letter by letter.
