Also, I dunno about you, but I kinda think Angel isn't a very good choice simply because she does tend to lie, and she also JUST LEFT A PLAYERWORLD JOB to work for the team, so whose to say she doesn't fail all the pw's she recieves, take their ideas, and give them to her friends at Era? I know this is the topic that you don't want to discuss, but corruption in the PWA is real (as we saw with Icehawk and maloria, it was Icehawk right?) I'm just saying, the PWA has to be unbiased, and totally unaffiliated with other playerworlds. Just like I couldn't join PWA while a team of people worked on Oasis for me.

I have been thinking about someone new to the team for a very long time, man. This isn't some "hmm.. let me think. Yeah angel is cool, she asked, we'll hire her."
There are lots of totally capable people, like yourself included that could be part of the team. This isn't some super smart elitist group that requires you to be a part of mensa or know secrets more classifieed than Area 51 to join, you just need some common sense and commitment.
I was chosen by Torankusu (with the approval of the others I imagine) to be part of the PW team. Why? I don't exactly know, but they told me I had a good idea of managment and the way things run in Graal. I was also totally free of any server affiliations so in theory I would be unbaised.
The "If you ask you get automatically blacklisted" thing was Psyker's thing, and maybe Jinx's, I don't know... but seriously, I don't care if people ask me. I'll just tell them we're not hiring right now or ask again some other time. If I blacklisted everyone that asked me there would be no more people left to be on the team, with the exception of the clueless new guy who just joined Graal. Seriously, how am I supposed to figure out who wants to be a part and who has a sense of direction if I tell people they'll never get on if they ask? At least when we chose I had a wide range/selection of people that were candidates.
Personally, I have never had any instances where Angel has lied to me, you may have, but I haven't. If that's a problem in the future (which I'm sure it won't) then we'll deal with that then, but for now we're working with a clean slate. Also, the fact that she has strong contacts with Stefan and Unixmad will help a lot because we may be able to get things done in the past we never could have. I know, some of you may think "It's unfair that the decision was partially based on the fact that she can speak with Stefan and Unixmad more readily than the rest of us" but we need to get moving, get things done, and it's hard to do so without reaching them.
By the way, about her giving away submitted PW material to Era just because she was affiliated with it, well.. I was once affiliated with Graal 2001, and Graal 3000. Assuming Graal 3K was online, I could have submitted loads of things to them to make their server better. I'd like for you to name one person that is not affiliated or formerly affiliated with a playerworld, that has a decent understanding of the way graal in terms of staff and community and is readily active.
We may hire another person in the future, so this isn't the end of the world.
