I have a whole GA team I can assign things to also Loriel.
So if Stefan actually approaches me to make weapons for other kingdoms, which i doubt he would because kingdom weapons are optional, then I would probably give the assignment to somebody on my team. Reason being: my kingdom would probably lynch me on site if I was spending time improving other kingdoms while ignoring my own.
