It's not a lawsuit thing, it's a Terms Of Use thing.
You cannot use graphics from Graal Kingdoms in playerworlds and you can't steal other people's playerworld graphics either - even if it's all owned by the same company and isn't really stealing.
Is there any limits on using graphics that are considered freeware in a Graal playerworld?
