any real-life personal information will not be accepted." This part is telling you not to set your nick to others' names (Example: Stefan). It also tells you not to imitate GraalOnline staff or if you know someone in real life and get angry with them, it's against the rules to set your nick as "John Doe sucks he lives in Canada" (example). There is nothing remotely funny or hilarious in these rules.
