Am I able to make and submit new hair styles?
I'm pretty certain I can send new heads in, but ..
Well, anyway, I ask .. because I wanted to make a green hairstyle.. I have green hair on every server but this one.
I also wanted to work on a custom head or two .. who would I send these things to? :o
