There is some truth to his statement. Because of the p2p Graal, new content has been made available or made possible. This is what attracted new customers. To say that going p2p had a negative effect on Graal is only looking at
one side of the coin. Most of the players that probably whined about the p2p stuff eventually paid for it and most were probably satisfied to a degree.
