It takes 200-250 levels minimum and a few quests i belive to pass the pwa reviews... if u pass u get private mode... after u are done fixxing your scripts and stuff you can ask Stefan? To take it out of private to public mode
I dont know what you mean by your last question.... Yes a script which is poorly scripted can slow the server and other scripts down. It could even crash the npc server...
