Get a bile enchant, then they're not so tough.
There's no strategy that works on them, as they lag like mad. I'd say attack at a diagonal, but 1) you can't and 2) they're rarely where they appear, so they'd probably hit you anyway.
I'd invest in some spears. Distance weapons, recyclable. |
