I dont want to get techical, but even Stefan and Unixmad cant stop someone from using another players account. Since more than half the people that play graal are from the U.S., theres a law thats states, if you have legal papers, if you bought it with your own money, and have proof, it makes it your property. Thus, making the account, the person who bought it. If they take measures to globally ban the account, it could be brought to small claims court, but i dont think no one will go that far.
