err GPs do if it is done properly and they are "trained". Keyword here is trained for your server to make sure they are familer with the flags, chest, how to implement Graal rules etc.. that are on your server. GPs on Npulse are trained for no less than 4 weeks before they can get to full GP. Just giving someone a tag of GP won't cut it and is why some servers have jailings and bannings over BS and not by Graal rules.
