A question to upgradin a account

For Christmas I wanted my dad to upgrade my account for christmas but he said no because he doesnt trust PayPal because his credit card could get hacked. I tried everything but he said no. He said that the only way that he could upgrade my account is to send money to steffy to upgrade my account. But I dunno if I am able to do that. If I could send money to steffy in mail do you know his mail address, number, and postbox and blah? |
