A freind of mine has died a couple of times and he is on peaceful mode, and everytime he has lost exp and stat points.now i was under the impression that you did not lose anything on peaceful mode, so if this is true then something should be done.
Secondly, he died in a duel to the far left of the arena (fighting)and died normally, losing exp and stats also.(while on peaceful mode)this also should be fixed
