While certain runtime staff are to be expected to field PMs - GPs and FAQs for instance - others such as the LAT(/NAT) need to be able to work in peace, without a flashing blue word-bubble indicating a possibly urgent message or warning of a future complaint if the blow off a desperate newbie. Judging by the incident last week I believe even Stefan sees the importance of being able to work uninterrupted. |
