This is the problem Moonie and I have with you and this is why we think making you an Admin is a very poor choice. Just being able to do and doing your job doesn't make a good Admin, many more things are involved; besides that your people skills are sorely lacking, till you improve your skills in dealing with everyone one here, not just a few, we will always think you are not yet ready to be an Admin of these Forums.

uhhh, koni doesnt argue? and if i had to pick an admin by these to traits:
1 how well does he/she get along with others?
2 is he/she going to do the best job possible?
i wud pick 2. sure, he gets in fights, but so what, i DO NOT know what happens "behind the scenes" but i dont care, i know he does his job well, and never forgets to keep me and others in check, and we DO need an admin dedicated to the boards,
