Read his post -- he seems to be talking about VOLUNTARILY losing spells in exchange for SP. I would support that, I think (with limits) it would be a cool idea. I'd lose Magic Missile in a heartbeat, it barely works.
Limits: you should only be able to lose spells that are leveled at less than your Magic Level - 5 or so. That keeps you from gaining too much SP too quickly. |
