Or, maybe a supply and demand type of thing? Where, if nobody buys ring of adornments, it gets stocked less. (Meaning that it doesn't appear as often) And, say scroll of identify, gets bought alot, there is more of them. Like Scroll of Identify gets stocked a lot more than ring of adornment. See what I am saying?
