I definitly agree. Lossing so much EXP for dieing is way to big of a penalty. And especialy for having to get so much EXP to level up.
Heres an Example:
Player 1 is on battle mode, and has spent a week in the dungeons defeating monsters to get high EXP. He has just reached level 11 after a week of really boring training. Now he goes out, and some jerk PKer comes by and kills him with a spell. Now his EXP drop to about half of what is required to reach level 11, so he is now level 10, and must now spend about half a week to get back up to level 11 just to have some other PKer kill him while going to switch to peaceful mode.
You shouldn't have such a severe penelty for dieng, nor should you have to spend so long to get so much EXP just to level up once or twice. If the EXP trend continues, the required EXP doubling that is, than eventually people will stop killing monsters, get bored that they don't have a goal anymore or can't make themselves stronger, and stop playing Graal.
If Stefan though about it, he could simply lessen the death penelty, and lessen the required EXP to lower amounts. I understand that 1,000,000 EXP would be good for the highest possible level (Like Level 50) but not for a low level of 13, especialy when most monsters at that time give out less than 100 EXP, meaning you would have to kill the stongest monster nearly 100,000 times just to level up! |
